Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Accounting related
When attempting to run Create Accounting - Receiving program, it completes with error and log file shows the following error:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.enqueue_messages. ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 45 with name "_SYSSMU45_2075305724$" too small.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Go to Request > Run
3. Submit a Request 'Create Accounting - Receiving'
4. The program completed with error
