Symptoms

Steps:

1.  Payables responsibility > Other > Requests > Run > Payables Command Center Data Load
Running " Payables Command Center Data Load" concurrent process, with the parameters of Load Type = FULL LOAD receive the following error in the concurrent log file:

There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule AP_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ap-trx for job 12,354java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:509) ~[ojdbc8.jar:19.3.0.0.0] at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:461) ~[ojdbc8.jar:19.3.0.0.0]
