Changes

Prior to Release 12.2.9, the OTM password was present and visible in the Profile option 'WSH_OTM_PASSWORD' as clear text for end users to see.

The OTM password has been moved from FND Profiles to FND Vault so that the OTM password is not visible as clear text to end user.

This is explained in the following bug:

Bug 28191069: MOVE OTM PASSWORD FROM PROFILES TO FND VAULT
