Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, SUPPORT

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ECX_OUTBOUND Queue is not getting picked by the SMTP server n XML Gateway

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When SMTP server is configured ,messages in the outbound queue should be picked

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.POXML generated 

2.

a. XML Gateway Responsibility

b. Trading partner

Mail address configured in prototype address

 

 poxml generated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive poxml documents

Changes

 Trading Partner setup prototype used is SMTP
