Per G-Invoicing Oracle note: 2712555.1 The following patches are applied :

1) Patch 33495978:R12.PO.D - G-Invoicing Consolidation Changes for Requesting
side - Includes Phase 3 Batch 1
2) Patch 33478199:R12.PO.D - Forms based Requisition changes for G-Invoicing
3) Patch 33254470:R12.PO.D

After completing all configuration steps, submitted “Intragovernmental Groups for Agency Interface program” to pull groups details from G-invoicing into test system EBS.

The program completed with error. Values missing for one or more of the mandatory parameters: REQUEST_TYPE,ORG_ID. The parameter values are provided while submitting the program and still keep getting the same error.

3. error occurs and no records imported.
