FDPSTP Error When Running Benefits ACA Archive Process (Doc ID 2847928.1)

Symptoms

While running the Benefits ACA Archive Process, the following Error is received:

Error:

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: :
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_ACA_PERSON", line 8967
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager responsibility
  2. GO to Processes and Reports > Submit
  3. Submit the Benefits ACA Archive Process for a GRE
  4. See process ends in error
