Symptoms

PSP: Create Effort Reports output shows errors for one or more employees. 


ERROR

"Task Name or Task Number could not be found for Task ID ####. The data corresponding to these records cannot be displayed in the Effort Report."

Also, errors are shown in the log file:

Cause:        an oracle error has occurred.  The failure was reported on table pay_archive.process_chunk at location 1609 with the error text ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

Cause:        an oracle error has occurred.  The failure was reported on table PAY_ASSIGNMENT_ACTIONS at location 1611 with the error text ORA-01403: no data found.  


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Labor Distribution SuperUser Responsibility > Configure and Run Effort Report Templates
2. Search for template > Select Template > Enter Parameters > Click Continue
3. Schedule Request: Review > review parameters > Select Submit.
4. Process runs and errors
