Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Offers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are unable to populate the Customer name on new or existing Trade Management Accrual Offers.

STEPS:
---------
1. Oracle Trade Management User (R)
2. Trade Planning > Offers
3. Create Accrual offer > Click Go
4. Enter offer name
5. Partially populate customer name and tab does not populate or open.
6. Click on customer lov, spins for a few seconds but never opens.
