Symptoms
On 12.2.9 - Enterprise Command Center (ECC) V7:
Project Search from ECC G-Invoicing Dashboard / Associate Project does not return all projects.
Steps:

From a Projects Self Service Web Apps (SSWA) responsibility:
1. Navigate to: Projects: Delivery > Create Project
Create a new project from an existing project template.
2. Navigate to: Projects Command Center
3. Go to G-Invoicing Dashboard.
Under 'Orders' TAB, click on 'Associate Project' link.
4. Enter search criteria that should return a list of projects that includes the new project created in #1.
ISSUE: The project created in #1 does not display.
5. Navigate to: Projects: Delivery > Search Projects.
Using the same criteria as used in #4, search returns a list of projects that includes the new project created in #1 as expected.
