Failure Of Web Server Bridge Error While Fetching the Data in Retrieval Dashboard -Post Retrieval (Doc ID 2848693.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When attempting to query data on post-retrieval dashboard, the following error occurs.

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent



Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OTL Responsibility or in the responsibility where you added Timecard Retrieval Dashboard (eg Manager Self Service)
2. Navigate to Timecard Retrieval Dashboard
3. Post Retrieval Tab
4. Enter Payroll, Timecard Start and Timecard Stop and click Go. After 10-15 minutes, error occurs
