PAXBUEBU: The Project Budget History Funds Check Is Showing A Negative Balance (Doc ID 2848930.1)

Symptoms

Funds Check results is showing tasks or resources with a negative available funding for on a single project with a working budget.

Each task/resource is showing more commitments than is available in the budget.

Steps to Reproduce
---------------------

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Budgets
  3. Enter a Project Number and click Find Draft
  4. Click History
  5. Select the latest budget version
  6. Click Tools > Funds Check Results
  7. Click the appropriate Tab for budgeting level, ie. Task or Resources
  8. Use F11 to search for the task/resource that needs to be reviewed
  9. Ctrl-F11 to execute the search
  10. The page shows the current Budget, Actuals, Commitments, and Funds Available
  11. Funds Available is showing a negative amount.
