Symptoms

When attempting to reverse expenditure batch,
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility
2. Navigate to Expenditures > Preapproved Batch > Enter
3. Query expenditure batch.
4. Click on Reverse button.
