On 12.2.10, Component Pick Release For Multiple Jobs Errors Out With Message Header_ID Is Not Valid (OR) No Move Order Header Could Be Found For Move Order Line ID (Doc ID 2849563.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run component pick release for multiple Flow Schedules
the following error occurs.

ERROR #1
-----------------------
Header_ID is not valid.
Picking rule fails to find a source locator that meets the rule restrictions.

Error #2
----------------
Error: No move order header could be found for move order line ID
9.990000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000E+125.
Action: Contact your system administrator.  Ensure that all move order lines have a valid header.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility > Flow Manufacturing
2. Navigation > Production > Component Pick Release > Component Pick Release (Form)
3. Select Organization – M1, Enter Line T-XXX as below and Click Find.
4. Now, Flow Schedules will appear with chosen Line value with Schedule Num
5. Click on Release at bottom right corner , the error messages appear on form. (User may see any of the errors mentioned above)
6. Inventory debug log shows below messages at the time of the error
