Polish JPK files shows error when trying to uploaded it to the Tax Authorities site:

The value '1499' is invalid according to its datatype 'Integer' - The MaxInclusive constraint failed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Poland AR/AP localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run 'JPK VAT Register file'
4. Take the output file and try uploaded on Tax authority site
