Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Configured Timecard Layouts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The timecard entry shows 40 hours for the period but back end data shows 80 hours.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Timecard data should be in sync.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: OTL Self Service Time Entry
2. Go to Create Timecard
3. Enter, submit & approve the timecard
4. Check the details
