R12.2.x Shipping Transaction Form Performance Issue With the Order Number List of Values ( LOV ) (Doc ID 2850445.1)

On : 12.2.11 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
On the shipping transaction form, the list of values (LOV) for "From Order Number"
takes more than one minute to pop up the LOV or to validate the order number if entered manually.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expects the LOV for "From Order Number" or to validate the order number if entered manually to take only a few seconds.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Shipping Transaction form
3. Pull up the LOV for "From Order Number"
    Find it takes more than a minute to open
or
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Shipping Transaction form
3. Enter manually the "From Order Number" and tab
    Find it takes more than a minute to validate and return control
