Error "APP-FND-01242: Cannot read value from field INCIDENT_TRACKING.CURRENT_SERIAL_NUMBER" When Searching For Service Request In Repair Order Form (Doc ID 2850679.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

When attempting to search for service requests in Repair Order form, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-FND-01242: Cannot read value from field INCIDENT_TRACKING.CURRENT_SERIAL_NUMBER
Cause: The field INCIDENT_TRACKING.CURRENT_SERIAL_NUMBER could not be located or read.
Action: This error is normally the result of an incorrectly-entered field name string in a trigger, or a field name string that does nnot uniquely specify a field in your form. Correct your trigger logic to precisely specify a valid field.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Depot Repair Super User responsibility
2 Navigate to Depot Workbench>Find Service Requests 
3. Enter Request Number  then click Find
