Symptoms

The Approval History in the notification shows only the first and
last approver and AME is used for sourcing approvals.

 STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Sourcing Super User
2. Navigate to Sourcing Home Page > Create RFQ
3. Submit
4. Sourcing Home Page > Query RFQ > Open > Actions > View Approval History
5. The approval history in the notification shows only the first and last approvers
