No Data Found in Shipping Transactions Form for Shippable Sales Order Line WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND

Symptoms
Actual Behavior:
- Find that Order Lines are Booked and At Awaiting Shipping Status but there is no data in Shipping Transactions Form.
- When Attempting to Schedule a Sales Order line we get the error “WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND”.
- When attempting to Pick Release Sales order Line and get the error “WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND”.
- When attempting to cancel a sales order line, we get the error “WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND”
Expected Behavior:
Expect the Order Lines to appear in Shipping Transactions form for performing the above actions.
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Order Management Responsibility>Orders, Returns>Sales Orders
2. Query the Sales Order , go to problematic line
3. Right click on the line and select schedule,
4. Error appears on screen
