Symptoms

When an existing award is duplicated using the "Duplicate with Attachments" or "Duplicate without Attachments" functionality, the following error is generated:

STEPS:
1. On an environment where CLM UEI patches have been applied, navigate to the Awards Page.
2. Select an existing Award and select the "Duplicate with Attachments" or "Duplicate without Attachments" action.
3. Select the checkbox for clauses prompt and click "Duplicate"

The latest Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) patches were applied.
