Symptoms

For Account Alias Receipts in an OPM org, the column actual_cost in the mtl_material_transactions (MMT) table was getting populated, but that is no longer happening.

STEPS
-------

  1. Enter an Account Alias Receipt (Inventory > Transactions > Miscellaneous Transactions).
  2. Query the mtl_material_transactions.actual_cost column through sql.
