Portugal Localizations: Portugal QR Code Is Missing from Invoice Because Java Class Is Failing With Error: ORA-29532: Java Call Terminated by Uncaught Java Exception (Doc ID 2851666.1)

Symptoms

After applying the Portugal QR code patches 33052566 and 32306057, when the user attempting to run "Portugal: Invoice Print Selected Invoices" for a newly created transaction, the Portugal QR code is not displayed on report output.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AR Portugal localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run 'Portugal: Invoice Print Selected Invoices'

Changes

 Apply patch 32306057 and patch 33052566
