While attempting to run Savings Analysis Report(by Buyer) (XML) with the date
parameter blank the program ended in warning.

The concurrent manager has timed out waiting for the Output Post-processor
to finish this request. Check that there are enough  Output Post-processor
service processes running. More information may be found in the service
process logfile

STEPS:

1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility.

2. Navigate to View -> Requests

3. Click on Submit a New Request.

4. Enter Savings Analysis Report(by Buyer) in the Name field.

5. Click Submit. 

6. Program completes in warning.
