Symptoms

Create Default Distributions has incorrect behavior for Exercised Lines. If you choose the exercised line and then split the schedule and then choose "Create Default Distributions" it is indicated that the distribution is
created however it is not appearing in the list of distributions. When the Create Default distribution option is selected, a confirmation shows but no new line appears.

Steps:

1. Select CLM Purchasing Super User

2. Create an award with optional lines.

3  Modify the award and select option and exercised for particular line and schedule - no distributions displayed.

4. Now split schedule..
Completed - see new line and schedule and no distributions observed

5. For new line and schedule select create default distributions.

6, Observe message "Default Distributions have been created successfully" for both schedules however a query of the distributions for new line and schedule no distributions are observed.
