Israel Localizations: Error Received at Validation on Tax Portal for BKMVDATA.txt File For 1104 and 1005 Fields : "This Value is Not Legal For This Version" (Doc ID 2853053.1)

Symptoms

While uploading the BKMVDATA.txt file to Tax portal the following errors were received after validation.

ERROR (translate from Hebrew to English)
----------------------------------------

A100 - filed number 1104 opening Record A100 – this value is not legal for this version.

Z900 - 1005 is not legal for this version


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Israeli localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run "CLE: Israeli Localization Open Format File Generation".
