Mass Change Update Form Customer Item Details Are Not Populating (Doc ID 2853096.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mass Change update form Customer Item details are not getting populated - LOV not showing customer items details
Recently, upgrade  was completed from Oracle EBS old version (12.1.3) To Oracle EBS new version(12.2.10).

Oracle EBS old version (12.1.3) - in the Mass change update form, under the Ordered Item field, user was able to find the Customer Item details(Customer cross reference Items) and internal item number both but in the Oracle EBS new version(12.2.10) user is not able to find the Internal items and unable to find the customer items (Customer cross reference Items) in the in the Mass change update form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item Identifier Type shows "Customer Item Number"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User (or equivalent)

2. Sales Order Organizer Form

3. Search Lines

4. Go to Tools -> Mass Change> LOV not showing customer items details
