WebADI Not Uploading After Implementing Oracle IDCS (Identity Cloud Service) - Error 500--Internal Server Error (Doc ID 2854096.1)

Symptoms

After implementing the Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), WebADI upload functionality does not complete.
The following error is received on the screen after clicking Upload:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error 500--Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

The following symptoms are seen:

    When using WebADI without IDCS, users are able to successfully upload.
    When using WebADI in a single node load balancer with IDCS, users are able to successfully upload.
    When using WebADI in a dual node load balancer with IDCS, the error is encountered.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. (N) Desktop Integration responsibility > Create Document
2. Select the desired integrator and layout.
3. Click (B) Create.
4. After template creation, enter data and click Upload.
5. Error occurs.
