Georgia (GA) State 1099-R Magnetic File Submission Error "34 required fields" for Calendar Year 2021 Fails Upon Upload (Doc ID 2854373.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit 1099-R to the State of Georgia, the following error occurs:

Error on line 1: The record does not contain the 34 required fields
Error on line 2: The record does not contain the 34 required fields
Error on line 3: The record does not contain the 34 required fields
Error on line 4: The record does not contain the 34 required fields


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps using the US SUPER HRMS Manager

  1. Apply latest US legislative patches for 2021 year end
  2. Run all EOY processes including 1099-R for the State of Georgia
  3. Submit the Single Request > Concurrent Program > 1099-R
  4. No Error on Oracle side for the .mf produced
  5. Upload 1099-R to Georgia State Website
  6. Observe the Error
