ORA-01722 error when running Benefits ACA Archive Process (Doc ID 2854392.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Benefits ACA Archive Process, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: :
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_ACA_PERSON", line 8967
ORA-06512: at line 1.


ORA-01722: invalid number
Errored B*******,******** 101


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager
2. Submit a new request from View > Request
3. Submit the Benefits ACA Archive Process with the appropriate parameters.
