Symptoms


ECC Data load for Order Management - finished in Partial Load status.
 

ERROR

ECC Log
ERROR 1.o.e.i.u.services.impl.IndexerImpl - Unrecoverable error. Skipping the whole batch here for collection ont-lines
org.apache.solr.client.solrj.SolrServerException: Timeout occurred while waiting response from server at: http: xxxxxxxxx




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management / ECC
2. Navigate: Run Requests> OM Command Center & see ECC Data Load
3. Both end in error
