Is There Any API Available To Update/Remove Price Break On Approved BPAs?

Goal
Blanket Purchase Agreement BPA cannot be approved due to price break error.
User has uploaded an amended catalogue where the effective to date for the price break is after the line expiration date.
Currently the BPA cannot be approved, below error is encountered :

Error: Line #42 Price Break#3
Price Break Effective To Date cannot be later than the Expiration Date of the Blanket Agreement Line
However, this could a misleading error, meaning that purchasing department to confirm that they do not use price breaks.
Is there an API or an sql script to remove all price breaks where the effective to date > line expiration date or remove all price breaks?
