When attempting to validate accounting definitions after upgrade to 12.2.10 the following errors occur

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Responsiiblity: OPM Financials
b. Navigation: > Setup > Subledger Accounting Setups > Accounting Methods Builder > Methods and Definitions > Application Accounting Definitions.
c. Validate accounting definition by selecting the Validate button
d. Check the concurrent log file for Validate Application Accounting Definitions for errors.
