AP PO Accrual Reconciliation Report should match with Trial Balance

STEPS
-----------------------
1.Upgrade the Instance from 12.1.X to 12.2.X
2.Run the Accrual Load Data Purge process
3.Run the India - Accrual Reconciliation Load Run
4.Run the AP and PO Accrual Reconciliation Report
5.Find that report is showing the records which are fully match , this issue is happening
due to pre-GST tax records
