Symptoms

The following error occurred when the API "AP_VENDOR_PUB_PKG.CREATE_VENDOR_SITE" was executed.

Value for party_site_number must be unique.
Column party_site_id must have a value.
Invalid Payee context values. Org parameters exist only with party site and supplier site.
