Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Accounting related

When attempting to run the Receiving Value Report, the program completes with error and log file shows the following error:

MSG-00999: 0: ORA-01403: no data found
MSG-00999: POXRRCVV >X Tue Mar 15 11:14:19 2022
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1419: MSG-00001: before report
MSG-00999: 0: ORA-01403: no data found
MSG-00999: POXRRCVV >X Tue Mar 15 11:14:19 2022
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Respsonbility
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request 'Receiving Value Report'
3. The program completes with error
4. Click on the View Log
