GOSI Base is Wrong if Date Paid And Date Earned Are Not The Same . (Doc ID 2856029.1)

When Run Quickpay for an Employee who hired /terminated mid month and When the employee is hired/terminated in middle and the date paid is not same as date
earned then the GOSI is not getting calculated correctly.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to SA HRMS Manager 
2. Navigate to People >Query for the employee  who hired/terminated mid month >Assignment >Others >Quickpay 
3. Run quickpay for example using :Date earned 31-Jan-2022 and Date Paid 28-Feb-2022 then  GOSI calculation is wrong
