Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, OAF Concurrent screen Lov issue
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Requestor LOV issue in OAF Concurrent Request screen
System Administrator -> Oracle Applications Manager -> Concurrent Requests
Click the LOV icon next to Requestor field, enter Username in field and click Go
In SBX, selection works fine
In SPD, popup LOV becomes full page and Select button does not work
UPDATE: It seems to affect all LOVs on this page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Select LOV button should work fine.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. on OAF Concurrent Screen, click the LOV icon next to Requestor field, enter Username in field and click Go
2. Select button doesn't work
Changes
Upgrade to 12.2.10 EBS Version.
