Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, On Production Instance
When attempting to run concurrent program Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation
the following error occurs.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run the program " Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation" once with the following parameters:
Fix Dangling User/Roles:
Default Batchsize=10000
Fix Dangling User/Roles=Yes
Add Missing User/Role Assignments=No
2. After it completes, Add Missing User/Role Assignments:
Default Batchsize=10000
Fix Dangling User/Roles=No
Add Missing User/Role Assignments=Yes
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Workflow tables will not be in sync
