Few Item Templates Not Applied While Using Item Import (INCOIN)

On : 12.2.10 version, Item Issues
Item Template is not applied while importing item using Item Import (INCOIN).
The template works through the forms without issues.
When a new identical template was created, it can be successfully applied to the item.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert data into MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE for the new item along with template name
2. Run Item import (Inventory > Items > Import > Import Items)
3. See that item is created successfully, but template is not applied.
