Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Receiving Functions

When attempting to perform the receipt , RTP runs on error.

This happens only when RCV: Processing mode is immediate and Currency conversion rate at PO is in decimal value.

The following error occurs.

RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Super User responsibility
2. Create a PO with decimal currency value.
3. Complete the receipt for same PO
4. See the RTP program got error out with above error message.
