Symptoms
When attempting to run the custom program after importing the certificate
the following error occurs in the concurrent request logfile
ERROR
Exception while making connection: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Exception while calling Service API : org.codehaus.jettison.json.JSONException: A JSONObject text must begin with '{' at character 1 of ERROR_CONNECTING
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive the certificate for the custom program
2. Import the certificate to DB wallet path
3. Run the custom program
4. Program immediately fail with the above exception
