Symptoms

Problem Statement:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While terminating an employee in Self Service page, it was observed the person's official e-mail address may become null or may be replaced by personal e-mail address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected the official address to remain and a new record be created with the new personal e-mail. 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Manager Self-Service Responsibility.

2. (N): Termination > Enter Termination details and provide personal e-mail address.

3. Submit Termination for approval > Approve termination.
