While Performing Receipt, Unable To Find LCM Shipment That Was Returned

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Receiving Functions
User performed Return to Supplier transaction on LCM shipment receipt. The shipment was received into receiving area and then returned to the supplier.
Now user wants to receive the same shipment again but unable to find the shipment in Receipt form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Receive the LCM shipment
Navigation: Purchasing> Receiving > Receipts - Return the same LCM shipment that was received in step1. Navigation: Purchasing> Receiving > Returns
- Now try to receive same shipment which was returned in the step2. Navigation: Purchasing> Receiving > Receipts
- You won't be able to find same LCM shipment in the Receipt form
