Unable to split a project expenditure item via Expenditure Inquiry.. Errors with,

You cannot split this expenditure item. It has been adjusted in Oracle Time and Labor.

Steps:

> Project responsibility > Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > Project or All

> In the Find Expenditures screen, enter the Project Number. Click the Find button.

> Highlight the expenditure to split. In the menu bar, choose > Tools > Split. Error appears.
