When Opening Self-Service Payslip, "The selected action is not available" Error Occurs (Doc ID 2857044.1)

Problem Statement:

When attempting to open the online payslip, following error occurs.

The selected action is not available. The cause may be related to security. Contact your system administrator to verify your permission level for this action.



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login as Employee Self Service responsibility.

  2.  Navigate to Payslip.
  3.  Error occurs.
