ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Work confirmation (WC) for a PO (Purchase Order), while being cancelled, got stuck in pending cancellation status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the WC to be cancelled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create WC from the PO
2. Cancel WC
3. Check the status which shows pending cancellation
