On : 12.1.3 version, Patch Application Issues

While applying below patch we are getting below issue and observed in u33154541_1.log :

patch : 33154541

Can't use 'defined(%hash)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at /install/oracle/xxx_apps2/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/bin/ojspCompile.pl line 205.
