Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Accounting related

While auto creating a Purchase Requisition(PR) to a Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) release, the 
following error message pops-up:

Error:
Value XXX for the flexfield segment Legal Entity does not exist in the value set XXXXX_LEGAL_ENTITY


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate to Requisition form
3. Enter the requisition details and submit for approval
4. Go to Auto Create form
5. Query the PR
6. Auto Create the PR to a BPA release  
7. Click on ‘Automatic’
8. Enter the BPA number and click on Create
9. Release is created but above  error pops-up and first field in the account description is empty
