Problem Description

Journal Import is failing with EU02 error.
As the entries are stuck in GL_INTERFACE looking for a data fix to clear the existing transactions.

Error message
-------------
EU02 This journal entry is unbalanced and suspense posting is not allowed in this ledger.


Steps for replication
-------------------
This issue can be replicated at will following below steps:
1. (N) India Local Payables - Invoices- Entry - Invoices.
    Create a prepayment AP invoice.
2. Apply Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) with 50% recoverable tax.
    And apply TDS taxes.
3. Validate the invoice
4. Pay invoice.
5. Run India-Period Ending Process concurrent program in Final Mode.
6. Error observed when importing the generated entries from GL_INTERFACE.
