Advanced Work Order Search Performance Issue Failure Of Web Server Bridge (Doc ID 2859591.1)

User received the following error message when doing the Advanced WO Search and after it had run for 5 minutes. This issue occurs after the 12.2.10 upgrade . The Advanced Search using the same search criteria in 12.2.9 (before upgrade) instance was only taking 5 seconds to get the search result.

Error: Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate: Work Orders All > Work Orders >Advanced Search > Do the Advanced WO Search when Assigned Person criteria is added. Receive Error
